Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at xcpawsofficial@gmail.com. Please do NOT send items back before contacting us — we'll provide return instructions and the correct address.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
